Hamilton manufactures both silica-based and polymeric HPLC columns, providing a wide range of column retention selectivities and performance benefits. Hamilton's polymeric HPLC columns combine the inertness and pH stability of polymeric supports with the pressure stability and durability of silica-based columns. Column packing materials are available for reversed phase, anion exchange, cation exchange, and ion exclusion separations.

Polymer Packings
Hamilton Polymers - Poly(styrene divinylbenzene) or PS-DVB is a robust polymer material used as the base framework for all the Hamilton polymer HPLC packing materials.

Hamilton PRP-h5 penta fluorinated polymeric HPLC columns with 300 Å pore size particles. More hydrophilic backbone for peptide and protein separations.
