Use at any pH from 1 to 12. Run at high temperatures, part of the time or all the time. Kromasil Eternity is ideal for separation and purification of compounds under reversed phase HPLC and UHPLC. Since many pharmaceutical compounds are ionizable, the broad pH user window gives you freedom to alter retention time during method development.
