HPLC Columns for Carbohydrates
SUPELCOGEL™ columns containing sulfonated divinylbenzene resins are available in 6 cationic forms, each with unique selectivity, for the analyses of saccharides or organic acids.
While chemical and physical properties do not vary significantly within different classes of sugars, HPLC separations of carbohydrates depend on differences in conformation, configuration, and column type.
SUPELCOGEL Ag1 columns are a high crosslinkage polymer resin developed specifically for separating oligosaccharides in beer and corn syrup, and provides rapid separations of oligomers up to DP7. Glycerol and ethanol are well resolved.
