9 μm particle size, L × I.D. 30 cm × 7.8 mm
HPLC Columns for Carbohydrates
SUPELCOGEL™ columns containing sulfonated divinylbenzene resins are available in 6 cationic forms, each with unique selectivity, for the analyses of saccharides or organic acids.
While chemical and physical properties do not vary significantly within different classes of sugars, HPLC separations of carbohydrates depend on differences in conformation, configuration, and column type.
Separate raffinose, sucrose, glucose, fructose and betaine, a trymethylammonium zwitterionic compound found in beet and cane sugars and widely distributed in other plants.
