Polyamino columns are designed for the separation of a broad range of sugars and higher molecular weight oligomers. Polyamino packings contain a high concentration of (NH and NH2) functional groups bonded to a 500Å porosity, highly crosslinked, DVB bead. 5µ particle size is used to obtain high efficiency separations.
Strong amine bonding chemistry allows their application under strongly acidic or basic conditions and in a wide range of solvents. They are also temperature stable up to 100˚C with no adverse effects.
