HYDROCELL RP 5S is produced from PS-DVB particles with particle size 5 µm and 10 µm (d50) respectively. The pore size are about 500Å respectively. These particles have high pore volume and large pore size. The major advantages of these new media are lower back pressure and higher permeability in the operation. The media reduce the fluctuation and drop of back pressure when it was used in the gradient separation.
RP 5S is prepared from 5 µm (d50), average 500 Å spherical PS-DVB particles. The media provide optimum pore volume and pore size with increasing permeability and high separating efficiency for small drugs, peptides and other small biomolecules.
