ProntoSIL 120-3-AMINO

ProntoSIL Amino                                            

ProntoSIL Amino is an Amino Propyl bonded phase. It can be used in three modes: NP-mode, RP-mode and IC-mode. In the NP-mode it is an alternative to the silica packings but offers different selectivities. In the RP-mode the packing is mainly used for carbohydrate analysis. In the IC-mode the bonded phase can be used as a weak anion exchanger (WAX) for the analysis of anions and organic acids. The packing shows excellent properties in Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) where dense gases (i.e. CO2) are used as mobile phases. The amino-bonding type is available in 120 Å and particle sizes of 3, 5 and 10 µm.
