ProntoSIL Amino E is an Amino Propyl bonded phase. In comparison to ProntoSIL Amino this support is fully endcapped. It can also be used in three modes: NP-mode, RP-mode and IC-mode (see ProntoSIL Amino). The packing shows excellent properties in Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) where dense gases (i.e. CO2) are used as mobile phases. Due to the fact that it is fully endcapped it is perfectly suitable for the SFC of basic compounds. ProntoSIL Amino E is only available in 120 Å and 5 µm.
