These columns are made on High-purity, Type B silica. It exhibits excellent peak shape for a wide range of compounds while also having a wide number of phases. The Brownlee Validated columns are the best choice for pharmaceutical applications that deal with a lot of basic or multi-functional compounds. Columns are available in 3 or 5 µ and lengths ranging from 30-250 mm, in 2.1 and 4.6 i.d., and include Amino, C18, C8, Carbamate, Cyano, IBD (intrinsically base-deactivated), PFP (pentafluorophenyl) and phenyl phases.

Good for normal phase analytes of mono- and disaccharides or similar compounds.
