Ultisil XB-CN columns are based on our proprietary bonding and end-capping techniques to ensure excellent sharp peaks and reproducibility for the analysis of basic compounds. Due to stable bonding chemistry and excellent surface coverage, the columns exhibit exceptional stability at low pH compared to other cyano phases. Ultisil XB-CN columns offer unique selectivity due to dipole-dipole and dipole-induced dipole interactions, which are very useful for separation of a wide range of pharmaceuticals and peptides. They show excellent peak shapes for basic compounds and are a good fi rst choice for compounds typically considered diffi cult to analyze.
