Hyper Amino-120

Hyper Amino is a phase of high purity spherical silica fully covered by aminopropyl functional group. The Amino phase is compatible with versatile mobile phases from non-aqueous solvents, such as hexane/ethyl acetate and chloroform/methanol, to aqueous solutions. The intrinsic polar characteristics of 3-aminopropyl phase enables high selectivity separation for polar and hydrophilic compounds and brings less retention for most non-polar compounds. The columns are typically used to separate both polar and non-polar compounds, such as pharmaceuticals, carbohydrates, amino acids, nucleotides, oligosaccharides, and organic acids.
