AntiBodi columns are non-porous resin phases coated with a highly hydrophilic, nanometer neutral polymer thin layer and further bonded with weak cation-exchange (WCX) functional groups to provide high resolution, efficiency and recovery separations of various antibodies. The packing materials are made of 1.8µm, 3µm, 5µm, and 10µm highly cross-linked polystyrene divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) non-porous particles.
