OroSil HPLC columns are uniquely designed for the separation of polar, semi-polar and nonpolar compounds at low to medium pH. The Orosil columns are more polar than the OroPure columns but are less polar than the OroStar HPLC column chemistry. The OroSil chemistry provides authentic C18 chemistries, commonly requested and used amongst chromatographers in the industry. With specialized surface treatment, the OroSil chemistry makes these columns compatible even with 100% aqueous mobile phase. The OroSil columns are known to be stable at pH 1.5-9.0 and are preferentially used against the Waters Symmetry, Inertsil C18 or ODS 3, Zorbax SB, and also the Atlantis dC18 chemistry.
